Enterprise Support Specialist – Technical Support

About the role

Nuvei is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist to join its fast‑growing Operations team. Reporting to the Enterprise Support Team Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor for Premium and Enterprise clients, handling escalated technical issues, improvements, and critical incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for Premium and Enterprise clients, managing production‑level issues via Salesforce, email and chat.
• Investigate errors and logs, provide deep‑dive analysis, and deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
• Prioritize and coordinate support requests, ensuring SLA compliance and proactive issue mitigation.
• Translate complex client requirements into clear items for Product and Development teams.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on technical support experience, preferably in Payments or FinTech.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Experience supporting global enterprise clients, including C‑level engagement.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
