ERP and CRM Implementation Consultant

About the role

Trajectory Inc., a Canadian professional services firm offering ERP, CRM and integration services on cloud platforms such as NetSuite, Boomi and complementary technologies, is hiring a Consultant in Bogota. The role covers the full implementation cycle, from understanding customer needs and requirements to deployment, testing and post-go-live support.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in training on business platforms, solutions and processes to understand their functionality and value for customers.
• Join full-cycle implementation projects, from requirements gathering and initial analysis to post go-live support.
• Take part in business process mapping, analysis and requirements sessions with new and existing customers, and support gap analysis between requirements and solution capabilities.
• Help prepare functional, technical and project scope documentation, and take part in effort estimation, planning and scope definition.
• Configure, implement and deploy technology solutions aligned with business needs, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Create test cases, plan tests and take part in user validation or acceptance testing.
• Identify and support the resolution of issues during configuration, implementation and adoption, and provide post-implementation support.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, subject matter experts and internal teams, attend project meetings and report progress, risks and deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor, giving guidance and consulting according to project and business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Experience with customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Teamwork, adaptability and fast learning ability.
• English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level.

Preferred profile

• NetSuite knowledge.
• Experience in financial, accounting, professional services, software or manufacturing business processes.
• Work experience in multinational companies.
• Software implementation experience, preferably ERP or CRM.
