ESL Trainer Evaluator

About the role

We are looking for an ESL Trainer Evaluator to join goFLUENT’s quality team. In this role you will ensure that corporate language trainers deliver high‑quality instruction and that learner assessments are accurate and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Observe live and virtual ESL training sessions and evaluate instructional delivery, lesson planning, learner engagement, use of teaching tools and classroom management.
• Assess trainers’ leveling accuracy, provide written feedback and recommend targeted coaching.
• Help develop and maintain quality standards and guidelines for language training and assessment programs.
• Analyze learner and client feedback, monitor progress, and conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of training and assessment solutions.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainer coaches and other stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ESL instruction or corporate language training.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret feedback and performance data.
• Effective communication skills for delivering constructive feedback to trainers.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies.
• Familiarity with language assessment tools and standards.
