Event Operations Specialist

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Event Operations Specialist to manage the logistics of its global conference and trade‑show program for Life Science and Corporate divisions. You will work closely with the tradeshow marketing team, Life Sciences Marketing Manager, and report directly to the Global Event Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, planning and logistics for trade shows, corporate conferences and marketing events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing leads and the tradeshow team to execute event strategy and onsite tactics.
• Maintain consistency across events, follow established processes, and educate cross‑functional teams.
• Manage event contracts, invoices, budgets and payments.
• Work with approved vendors to source promotional items, manage stock and ensure appealing giveaways.
• Create pre‑show briefings, conduct meetings and keep internal stakeholders updated on deadlines.
• Define booth requirements, work with internal design teams on assets, and oversee third‑party suppliers.
• Handle logistics of exhibit property, including maintenance of trade‑show displays and demonstration equipment.
