Executive Assistant – Sales & Commercial Strategy

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant focused on consultative sales, strategy, and commercial analysis. You will collaborate closely with real‑estate agents and our leadership team to support client relationships, guide commercial decisions, and help close high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client tour schedules and logistics.
• Analyze CRM data and produce actionable reports.
• Develop follow‑up strategies to support deal closures.
• Provide the business team with insights and structured support.
• Deliver high‑quality post‑sale client service.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English (C1‑C2).
• 2+ years in bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with data‑analysis or AI tools is a plus.
• Full availability on weekends (with two weekdays off).
• Results‑driven, commercially minded, strong analytical skills, and autonomous.
• Clear communicator with strategic thinking and eagerness to learn.
