Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager

About the role

Rose Talent Solutions partners with growing businesses to build full-time nearshore teams that work U.S. business hours and integrate directly into existing systems. It is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented person to act as a trusted right-hand to leadership, combining executive support with social media strategy and the building of AI-powered automation workflows. The role is remote and requires living in an EST timezone country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive calendar, schedule, travel arrangements and event coordination
• Serve as main point of contact for external stakeholders such as event planners, vendors and partners by email and call
• Develop and run the social media content strategy, creating, scheduling and monitoring posts across platforms
• Build and manage Claude AI-powered automated agents and workflows for repetitive business processes
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, brand alignment and quality, and fix errors
• Spot operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to leadership
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and maintain organized systems for documents, files and project tracking

Required profile

• 2+ years of executive assistant, administrative or operations experience
• 1+ year of social media management or content creation experience
• Flawless written and verbal English for external-facing work
• Proactive, detail-oriented and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic and commitment to a long-term role
• Must live in an EST timezone country (e.g. Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Claude AI
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents or automating workflows
