Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As an Executive Chef you will lead all hotel culinary operations, delivering memorable dining experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Direct culinary operations, overseeing meal preparation, quality, presentation, cost control and profitability.
• Enhance menu offerings in partnership with the Food and Beverage Director, incorporating current food trends and regional tastes.
• Engage with guests to assess satisfaction, address concerns and continuously improve the dining experience.
• Monitor financial performance, managing budgets, forecasting and reporting to meet financial targets.
• Optimize kitchen systems, processes and workflows for efficient operations.
• Cultivate a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
