Travel Agent – Luxury Concierge (French Speaker)

About the role

Do you have a passion for luxury travel and creating unforgettable experiences? Ten Group is seeking a French‑speaking Travel Agent to join its global Travel team, helping members design and book bespoke journeys worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and book tailor‑made luxury travel itineraries that match members’ preferences.
• Research and recommend hotels, flights, car rentals, and exclusive experiences across global destinations.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with members, providing personalized service from enquiry to confirmation.
• Source competitive travel options while balancing value, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Manage bookings in compliance with travel regulations and ensure accuracy throughout the process.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Resolve travel issues promptly and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Stay up‑to‑date on destination trends, luxury products, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and French.
• Experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or a Destination Management Company.
• Strong knowledge of major cities, luxury hotels, airlines, car‑rental providers, DMCs, and specialist tour operators.
• Passion for creating personalized travel experiences and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commercial awareness and confidence negotiating with suppliers.
• Excellent research, planning, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus or another Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Knowledge of IATA regulations relevant to luxury travel.
