Executive Operations Associate (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Benson Law APC, a law firm led by attorney Matt Benson, is hiring a full-time Executive Operations Associate to run its operations remotely. The associate reports directly to the owner and integrates AI into the firm's workflow, including managing the owner's calendar, the relationship CRM and outreach. The position is open to residents of several Latin American countries.

Key responsibilities

• CRM (Airtable): enrich and dedupe contacts, keep outreach cadences on schedule, log interactions and prepare weekly outreach lists.
• Calendar and inbox management: schedule meetings, protect deep-work blocks and prepare the owner for calls.
• Outreach support: research attorneys and community partners, draft personalized emails and track replies.
• Process improvement: identify repetitive work and automate workflows with AI, Airtable or Make.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator or virtual assistant for a US-based executive.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken; Spanish is a plus.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for work.
• Availability from 8am to 1pm Pacific time at minimum.
• Discretion with confidential information, ability to sign an NDA, and willingness to complete a Loom review, a paid 2-3 hour work test, a 30-minute interview and then an offer.

Required skills

• Spreadsheets and Airtable (strong proficiency required).
• Make or Zapier experience is a plus.
