Executive Recruiter (U.S. Candidates)

About the role

H!KINEX is looking for an Executive Recruiter to run end-to-end, high-quality searches for U.S.-based companies across several industries. The role is remote and full-time, with ownership of each search and direct contact with executives. It suits recruiters who move fast, think strategically and stay hands-on.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates for active requisitions in Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction and Legal fields
• Generate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings and targeted sourcing
• Run initial screens on experience, interest and fit, then coordinate interviews and scheduling with U.S. clients
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, LinkedIn Projects and internal databases
• Explore new sourcing approaches, build and maintain candidate pipelines, and give structured feedback after interviews
• Create, edit and post job descriptions suited to the U.S. market, and support operations with documentation and follow-ups

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, including hands-on work on U.S.-based candidates (agency or corporate)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Willingness to work graveyard or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones, with weekends off
• Organized and proactive, able to manage several searches at once
