Executive Search Recruiter – Remote

About the role

H!KINEX's Executive Recruiters run end-to-end recruitment for U.S. companies across several industries. This role suits recruiters who like to move fast, think strategically and stay hands-on: you will lead omnichannel headhunting through direct calls, LinkedIn and targeted outreach, and work closely with U.S. executives in a remote, full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates for active requisitions in Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction and Legal fields
• Generate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings and targeted sourcing
• Run initial screens on experience, interest and fit, and coordinate interviews between candidates and U.S. clients
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects and internal databases
• Explore new sourcing approaches, build and maintain candidate pipelines, and give structured feedback after interviews
• Create, edit and post job descriptions tailored to U.S. market needs, and support operations with documentation and follow-ups

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Willingness to work graveyard or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (weekends off)
• Organized and able to manage several searches at once
