Experience Design Lead

About the role

Huge is seeking an Experience Design Lead to own UX direction for complex digital products, platforms, and services. The role spans discovery through delivery, translating business and technical requirements into intuitive, user‑centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and design across complex, content‑heavy digital experiences.
• Develop information architecture, journey maps, and experience frameworks that support scalable solutions.
• Apply user research, personalization, accessibility, and design‑system principles throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Leverage analytics, experimentation, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and improve experiences.
• Present design recommendations clearly, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years leading UX for complex digital products, platforms, or services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX, journey simplification, and information architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
