Expert Recruiter – October Start

About the role

As an Expert Recruiter you will engage professional leads, guide them through onboarding and vetting, and expand our expert network. The position is focused on outbound outreach via calls, texts, email and other approved methods.

Key responsibilities

• Contact professional leads through outbound calls, text, email and other approved outreach methods.
• Act with urgency and persistence to generate responses and move professionals through next steps.
• Present the value of participation, build credible relationships, and ensure profile accuracy.
• Support outreach lists, templates and materials to enable timely expert engagement.
• Identify additional leads using LinkedIn, internal databases and other research tools.
• Uphold compliance standards across all engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluency in English (additional languages valued).
• Strong communication, persuasion and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, persistent, resource‑ful mindset with excellent organization.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow‑up timelines.
• Comfort using LinkedIn, internal databases and research tools.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, customer outreach, business development or market research preferred.
