Field Regional Sales Trainer

About the role

Tesla is looking for a Regional Sales Trainer who delivers on-site training to specific locations within a region, focusing on refining the sales process and improving the sales and customer experience skills of Tesla Advisors so that sales KPIs improve. The role reports to the Country Manager and works closely with the Learning & Development Team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Directors, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Managers and the Training Team to identify training needs.
• Co-create site-specific learning plans and recommendations, aligned with readiness targets and business metrics, and provide on-site support for performance improvement or onboarding.
• Assess sales skills and techniques and deliver on-site training and coaching tailored to specific behaviours, emphasising the Tesla Sales process and systems.
• Coach for a customer-centric approach that drives exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Report on observed behaviours, coaching opportunities and recommendations to the Training Team and Leadership Team.
• Show expert knowledge of Tesla products, processes and tools.

Required profile

• Level TA3 or higher, with a strong track record as a top-ranking Tesla Advisor.
• Demonstrated ability to create an exceptional customer-centric experience.
• Dedication to coaching and developing team members, and to leading complex problem-solving activities.
• Collaborative partner and consultant to regional leadership and staff, contributing to cross-functional teams.
• Extensive practical experience in Tesla products, sales processes and systems.
• Valid driver's license required; valid passport preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite and learning technologies.
• Up to 75% travel.
