Field Sales Representative - SMB Partnerships

About the role

Addi, a Colombian Buy Now, Pay Later provider and financial platform serving over 3.6 million customers and 55,000 merchants, is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Medellin. The role drives the expansion of the partner network in the SMB segment through 100% cold prospecting and immediate in-field activation, turning new territories into growth engines.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and activate new SMB merchants through daily cold field sweeps, ensuring the first transaction after signing
• Map territories and analyse commercial areas to identify high-GMV clusters and optimise the daily prospecting route
• Run the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing terms and conditions, with a consultative pitch adapted to the merchant and end customer
• Log all sales activity and data accurately and in real time in the CRM (Salesforce) to manage the pipeline and forecast results
• Follow up rigorously after closing so the first transaction happens within 48 hours, supporting retention and recurring GMV

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold field sales (street sales/outbound acquisition)
• History of consistently exceeding the monthly GMV quota (110%+) in outbound environments
• Ability to turn a monthly GMV target of $18K+ into a daily execution plan
• Self-starter who independently fixes underperforming zones and adjusts strategy

Required skills

• Advanced CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline management
• Personal territory management system covering the assigned area
• Ability to read sales metrics such as Origination Rate, GMV by vertical and Visit-to-Close ratio
• Rapid closing and activation expertise, with quick adaptation to objections
