Field Technical Consultant (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position is a hybrid role based at an HPE office two days a week. You will provide on‑site post‑sales technical support, resolve incidents and help customers optimise their IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate within a defined technology area such as server administration, technical security management or performance management.
• Resolve routine technical incidents independently and collaborate with the team on more complex cases.
• Apply HPE solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs and manage expectations during escalations.
• Build relationships with account management and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in systems, electronic or mechatronic engineering.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience is desired.
• Basic knowledge of HPE products and services.
• Effective communication with technical staff and first‑level management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and conceptual understanding of IT environments.
