Finance Analyst

About the role

Bizagi, an enterprise automation and AI platform founded in LATAM, is looking for a Finance Analyst to support its rapid growth across Latin America. The role executes the administrative processes of the area according to the defined rules and procedures, prepares the necessary documentation and ensures timely results for the financial operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the finance operations department and keep effective communication with internal clients, receiving their requisitions
• Collect, organize and generate payment orders for suppliers
• Collect, organize and manage customer collections
• Help with information security checks of new suppliers
• Support the Invoice and Purchasing analyst in keeping the client purchase archive safe

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative/finance operations teams
• Advanced English (desirable)
• Detailed, analytical, highly energetic and self-starting; team player and high integrity essential
