Finance and Cost Specialist

About the role

Turia GBS is looking for a Finance and Cost Specialist to process and analyse the financial information of an assigned business unit so that decisions can be made confidently. The role covers expenses, cost control and management, financing options, medium and long-term projections and business profitability analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and accounting information to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare budgets, financial projections and profitability analyses, and present them to the Finance Department.
• Monitor budget compliance, document justifications and control business-unit costs, analysing deviations and efficiency opportunities.
• Evaluate projects on profitability and financial indicators, proposing alternatives.
• Analyse margins, cost structure and profitability drivers by product or service.
• Support the Finance Department in presenting financial reports to C-Level executives, investors and other departments.
• Present periodic financial performance reports and financing structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, cost control and management control roles.
• Conversational English at B2+ or C1, C2 level.
