Finance Associate – Procure to Pay (PTP)

About the role

The Finance Associate – Procure to Pay (PTP) supports DHL Global Forwarding’s accounts‑payable function in Bogotá. You will record, verify and process supplier invoices, ensure timely cash payments, and produce accurate reports that demonstrate process efficiency and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Create supplier IDs and cost entries in COUPA.
• Process invoices using the S21 system.
• Approve invoices in SAT and COUPA.
• Register and dispatch cash payments.
• Enter costs in CW.
• Close AP modules in JBA or S21.
• Generate daily and monthly AP reports.
• Support country‑wide PTP requests aligned with SM.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the team lead.

Required profile

• Student or professional in public accounting, finance, business administration, or financial management.
• At least one year of experience in accounts‑payable processes.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• COUPA procurement platform.
• S21 invoicing system.
• CW cost‑management tool.
• JBA (or equivalent) closing module.
