Finance Director – Andean North Cluster

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Director to lead the financial function for the Andean North Cluster covering Colombia and Ecuador. Based in Bogotá, you will be part of Inchcape Americas’ Finance Department, driving profitability, efficiency and compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor performance, and advise senior leadership on long‑term financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis and challenge for commercial business cases and transformation initiatives.
• Manage headcount planning, coach the finance team and build strong partnerships with regional and global stakeholders.
• Own the full accounting function, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, fixed assets and month‑end close in SAP.
• Ensure timely statutory accounts, tax filings and liaison with auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
• Prepare and present financial, management and budgetary reports to senior management.
• Forecast and manage FX exposure, cash flow, treasury relationships, debt facilities and covenant compliance.
• Identify process improvement, cost‑reduction and automation opportunities in R2R, OTC, MD and P2P.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Significant experience in finance leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory reporting and internal controls.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic financial decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for general ledger and month‑end close.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience with treasury management, FX forecasting and cash‑flow planning.
• Ability to lead process improvement and automation projects.
