Finance Manager – Andean Region (Chile, Colombia, Peru)

About the role

The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership and strategic business partnering for the Andean region (Chile, Colombia, and Peru). You will work closely with the General Manager and operational leaders to deliver actionable insights and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process in partnership with local third‑party accounting firms, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepare monthly business reviews with the General Manager and Operations team, delivering analytical insights and actionable plans.
• Coordinate the monthly billing cycle with Operations and Intercompany teams, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process, identifying risks and opportunities and driving appropriate actions.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and aligning with business strategy.
• Ensure high service levels and accuracy across payments, cash management, and tax‑related processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a data‑integrity reference, driving process improvements and automation through effective tool use.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex, multinational, multi‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of process rigor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent, accurate work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation using appropriate tools.
