Finance Sales Controlling Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Sales Controlling Analyst to join our Latin America finance team. You will support financial planning, performance management and decision‑making for a defined scope within the region, business unit or supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning and performance management processes, including annual contract planning, forecasting, target development and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial models, conduct analysis and provide decision support for the assigned scope.
• Collect data, perform data‑integrity checks and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Carry out ad‑hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance ways of working.
• Contribute to a high‑performing finance team and invest in personal and peer development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in CPG.
• Strong technical expertise in financial analysis and data structuring.
• Business acumen with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Leadership, communication and a proactive, team‑player attitude.
• Growth‑mindset, digital curiosity and high integrity.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑orientation abilities.
