Senior Finance Analyst – Corporate Controllership

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Country Finance Manager within the Corporate GOC and Healthcare Systems service delivery model. Based in Bogota, the analyst will act as the lead authority on actuals, ensuring accurate US GAAP financial reporting and driving collaboration across the three‑tier finance model.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate month‑end closing activities, ensuring timely and compliant financial statements for supported MRCs.
• Own trial balance, balance‑sheet and capital flux commentary, including forecasting cycles for MAC MRC.
• Maintain SOX compliance and support internal and external audit processes.
• Drive standardisation and process improvement using digital tools to increase efficiency.
• Provide strategic finance advice to BU Finance, FP&A and senior business leaders, delivering insights for planning, forecasting and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA) are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
