Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for shaping Auxis' performance targets, financial forecasts, and long‑term growth plans. This senior role partners with practice and department leaders to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CFO in managing the rolling financial forecast process, annual plan and long‑term growth plan.
• Develop, run and maintain complex financial models and consolidate individual projections into a corporate view.
• Analyse business performance against targets, including variance explanations, client and service‑line profitability, operational performance and trend analysis.
• Own the Auxis Power BI Performance Management Platform and collaborate with the internal IT team on enhancements.
• Standardise pricing models for service lines such as helpdesk, engineering managed services, FAO and project work.
• Prepare internal executive reports, presentations and data‑driven analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide FP&A support to practice leaders on productivity, growth and profitability and lead cross‑functional corporate projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of accounting experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Corporate Finance (Master’s a plus).
• Experience with US‑based finance operations, US GAAP and, preferably, Consumer Products, Wholesale or Retail Distribution.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English and Spanish (high B2/C1 level).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and team‑building abilities; self‑starter capable of managing projects from start to finish.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and maintain disciplined business practices.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑management capabilities, including business‑model building.
• Proficiency with Oracle or SAP (or other Tier 1 ERP systems).
• Experience with Power BI for performance reporting and dashboard creation.
• Financial modeling and strategic analysis expertise.
