Financial Analyst – Customer Service Finance (VCPC)

About the role

The Financial Analyst – CSX will support Amazon's Customer Service Finance team by driving cost efficiency and operational excellence through Variable Cost Per Contact (VCPC) initiatives. You will partner with global cross‑functional teams to uncover optimization opportunities, analyze cost trends, and deliver year‑over‑year improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for VCPC improvement projects, identifying cost‑reduction and efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to influence resource allocation and decision‑making.
• Track and report project performance, monitoring key metrics and providing regular updates on YoY targets.
• Analyze cost trends by month, location, and vertical to support data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop financial models and business cases to quantify potential savings.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, highlighting variances that impact VCPC performance.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
