Financial Analyst II – Finance Business Partner

About the role

Drive effective financial planning and performance management by providing accurate analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while partnering with department and business unit managers to enable informed decision‑making and improve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring data integrity and validation.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly business review report packs, analysing actuals versus forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor overhead budgets, perform variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide internal control assessments and ad‑hoc business analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Act as day‑to‑day finance business partner to operations, assisting the senior F&A Director with regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting or a 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, including at least 3 years post‑qualification.
• Professional accounting designation and strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in public practice or a publicly traded company.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
