Financial Analyst II - Postage Operations

About the role

CSG is hiring a Financial Analyst II to support postage operations through financial analysis, pricing support, reporting, reconciliation and process improvement. The role partners with Operations, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Accounting and Technology teams to analyse financial performance, support pricing decisions, optimise cost recovery and deliver insights that drive profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Pricing and profitability analysis: develop and maintain pricing models, support new business and contract renewals, run profitability analyses, build financial models and business cases, evaluate cost changes and recommend pricing actions, and monitor pricing performance.
• Postage reconciliation: reconcile postage transactions between USPS, customer accounts, internal systems and billing records, support expense tracking, assist with reimbursement and recovery reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and maintain audit records.
• Reporting and analysis: prepare recurring postage, reimbursement and cost reports, analyse spending trends and variances, support dashboards and compile data for management reporting.
• Process improvement: identify improvements, build reporting and analytical tools with Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate, improve data quality and document business processes and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, supply chain, data analytics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, accounting, operations analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, and comfort with large datasets.
• Preferred: pricing and profitability analysis experience, USPS postage or postal accounting experience, and Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL or other BI tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including PivotTables, lookups and financial modelling.
• Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SQL (preferred).
