Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Security Solutions

About the role

The FP&A Manager for Security Solutions will own financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Mastercard's security solutions business. You will consolidate expenses, revenue, and profitability while supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring transparent communication across global finance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for the security solutions business, guaranteeing data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews to senior management, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive strategy and process‑improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools and models for scenario planning.
• Coordinate with global and regional finance partners, product managers, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Support the LBF initiative by maintaining business models that analyze revenue, expense, and profitability trends.
• Demonstrate strong modeling capabilities using automation and data‑driven approaches, establishing consistent frameworks for finance partners.
• Foster a culture of change management, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that translate complex financial information into clear stories for diverse audiences.
