Financial Systems Controls Lead

About the role

Addi is building a next‑generation financial platform in Colombia and needs a leader to own its financial‑systems controls framework. You will design and implement bank‑aligned IT General Controls, AI governance, and operational foundations for its regulatory transition.

Key responsibilities

• Build an audit‑ready control framework across all platforms, subledgers and data pipelines for external audit and regulatory reliance.
• Design and enforce segregation of duties, access‑control matrices and automated review cycles.
• Operationalize governance for AI‑driven financial workflows, including human‑in‑the‑loop accountability and continuous monitoring.
• Gatekeep system changes, integrations and product releases with mandatory control sign‑offs.
• Deploy automated compliance tools for continuous monitoring, anomaly detection and evidence collection.

Required profile

• Deep experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) and financial‑systems audit in regulated financial institutions.
• Proven ability to build control frameworks, access matrices and change‑management governance from scratch.
• Fluency in local regulatory expectations and risk‑management frameworks, with a track record defending controls to auditors.
• Native Spanish fluency and professional English proficiency.
