Fire TV Market Trainer – Retail Sales & Training

About the role

The Fire TV Market Trainer will champion Amazon’s Fire TV, Ring, Blink and eero devices across retail locations. You will travel within an assigned territory, delivering product training and driving sales growth while building strong relationships with store partners.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to multiple retail stores in the territory to deliver in‑store training and product demonstrations.
• Drive sales and brand advocacy for Fire TV and related Amazon devices.
• Achieve and exceed store sales goals for the product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with district, territory and general managers.
• Execute standard operating procedures, identify improvement areas and provide feedback to store and corporate stakeholders.
• Educate store associates on product value and conduct large‑scale event demonstrations.
• Collect market insights from consumers and associates to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Complete daily visit reports, including digital photos and business insights.

Required profile

• Residency within the assigned territory (Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; or Columbus, OH).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift or carry items up to 50 lb (with reasonable accommodation).
• Passion for home‑theater technology and strong verbal communication skills.
