Fleet Regional Operations Supervisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Fleet Regional Operations Supervisor based in Bogotá. The role partners with the leadership team to coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, driver issue resolution, compliance, risk management and stakeholder management. It acts as a liaison between leasing companies, fleet management companies, original equipment manufacturers and internal Johnson & Johnson functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet activities such as vehicle delivery and return, maintenance and repairs, and resolve escalations from fleet-eligible employees.
• Serve as a support contact and liaison with LCs, FMCs, OEMs, other fleet vendors and suppliers, maintaining good working relationships and resolving conflicts.
• Balance local business needs with the Global Fleet strategy, for example by contributing to fleet demand forecasting and specifying vehicle models.
• Support implementation of strategies and process improvements to make local fleet operations more cost-effective and efficient.
• Review supplier service delivery against KPIs and service level agreements.
• Analyze regional and market-level fleet performance data to identify cost-efficient efficiencies.
• Provide regular status updates to the Fleet Operations Manager on activities, escalations and risks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, procurement or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet or similar program/portfolio management, including managing relationships with FMCs, OEMs and suppliers and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Advanced English is a must.
