Fleet Sales Manager

About the role

The Fleet Sales Manager will develop and expand the fleet sales business for passenger vehicles in Colombia, targeting corporate, government and institutional customers. The role leads the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, aiming to meet sales targets and strengthen market position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute fleet sales strategies, build a robust pipeline and pursue new business across corporate and public‑sector accounts.
• Manage key accounts, understand fleet requirements, conduct presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, coordinate proposal preparation and ensure timely delivery with internal teams.
• Develop sales forecasts, monitor performance, prepare reports and provide market feedback.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance and Logistics to deliver integrated fleet solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive fleet sales, key account management or B2B business development.
• Strong knowledge of the Colombian passenger‑vehicle market and corporate procurement processes.
• Proven ability to negotiate high‑value contracts and manage complex sales projects.
