Flutter Developer – Cross‑Platform Mobile Apps

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to build high‑performing cross‑platform mobile applications from scratch. You will collaborate with a backend developer and UI designer, ensuring a smooth user experience while driving testing and quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Create UI components following established Flutter/Dart workflows.
• Communicate with product and engineering leads to align on business objectives.
• Review team members’ code as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug‑fix cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience with Flutter/Dart (3.0+).
• Strong visual design sense and knowledge of Android/iOS app architecture.
• Experience with popular networking, asynchronous, and image‑loading libraries.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced agile environment and communicate effectively in English.
• Self‑learner who can work independently or within a dispersed team.
