FP&A & Business Controlling Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A & Business Controlling Specialist supports financial planning, performance management and business decision-making, ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with Ceva Group standards. The role acts as a Finance Business Partner, giving financial insights, spotting risks and opportunities and helping business units improve profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing in line with Group standards and timelines.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports such as P&L, profitability, operating expenses and working capital.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly Business Reviews with financial insights and analysis.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to the business units, working with commercial and operational teams on strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial data and reporting in ERP systems, complying with local and Group requirements.
• Monitor financial controls around commercial policies, rebates, inventory and operational expenditures.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting accuracy, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and internal control standards.
