FP&A Coordinator

About the role

Join the Finance team as an FP&A Coordinator and lead financial planning processes that influence strategic business decisions. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Leadership teams to provide insights that drive profitable growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning cycles, delivering accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, SRM and Supply Chain to align sales, profitability and investment targets.
• Monitor business performance, analyse key financial drivers and present weekly and monthly insights to senior leadership.
• Develop financial models to evaluate scenarios, macro‑economic impacts, sourcing strategies, transportation costs and FX exposure.
• Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to ensure high‑quality, timely financial reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Finance with direct P&L exposure (5 + years preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including fast data manipulation and reporting.
• Financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
