FP&A Lead – Colombia

About the role

The FP&A Lead for Colombia will act as the primary finance partner for the country, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. With Colombia representing a large share of the region, the role carries significant strategic weight and supports leadership with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts for the country.
• Coordinate monthly close, reconcile accounting results with FP&A analysis, and ensure timely, accurate financial submissions.
• Analyze performance across sales, products, customers, and channels, identifying trends and drivers.
• Review and approve financial rationale for sales‑related investments, trade marketing plans, and pricing decisions.
• Evaluate new projects and investments, providing financial recommendations for go/no‑go decisions.
• Prepare corporate reporting and respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests from regional and corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or fast‑moving commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, commercial finance, and internal reporting.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work with regional and corporate teams.
