FSP Trial Delivery Specialist – Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical companies and biotechs. As a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide administrative and technical support, act as a cross‑functional liaison and help onboard new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee trial activities according to the task matrix, ensuring tasks are on time, within budget and of high quality.
• Maintain study documentation, eTMF, and system access; support GoBalto, eTMF and RBM activities.
• Process client documents, manage mass mailings, schedule meetings and record minutes.
• Review regulatory documents, transmit files to IRB/IEC, and assist with site file and pharmacy binder preparation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical trial coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent English and local language proficiency, good presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with GoBalto and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems.
• Ability to learn and use clinical trial database systems.
