Full Stack Developer – Backend, Frontend & AI Tooling

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and build software across backend, frontend, and internal AI tooling for a fast‑growing product. You will own features from concept to production, work in an ambiguous environment, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑powered internal tools that boost engineering efficiency.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using Python and Django REST Framework.
• Create and evolve frontend applications with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure high software quality.
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver shared goals.
• Contribute technical ideas and improvements beyond assigned tasks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of production experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of backend development in Python, specifically Django REST Framework.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, Docker Compose, and Terraform.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proven ability to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Fluent English (C1) or equivalent.
