Product Engineering Manager – Salesforce

About the role

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead technical development of Salesforce‑based products, assets, and tools. The role combines people management with deep technical expertise in Salesforce and AI tooling, driving innovative solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development for new and existing products and assets on the Salesforce platform, as well as strategic tools for Salesforce implementation services.
• Work with AI tools such as Claude and Codex and leverage Salesforce features including Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, and Apex.
• Lead hands‑on solution design, proofs‑of‑concept, development and testing in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation through deployment and ongoing success.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering leads and developers to evaluate market demand, groom prioritized work and align on design details.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience with strong architectural knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven people‑management experience for technical resources.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including Agentforce and Service Cloud Voice (plus).
