Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join its Service Cloud team. The role is customer‑facing and focuses on designing, building, and optimizing AI‑enabled Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs and design dashboards for leadership and end‑users.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
• Develop dataflows and lenses within Salesforce Einstein Analytics to meet business demands.
• Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, and dashboard development and deployment.
• Define operational and refresh standards aligned with a global data strategy.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform in a technical capacity.
• End‑to‑end project implementation experience, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

• Salesforce (Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice)
• Salesforce Einstein Analytics (dataflows, lenses, dashboards)
• AI technologies such as Agentforce, generative AI, and Amazon Connect
• Integration platforms for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
