Senior AWS Consultant – Cloud Solutions & Amazon Connect

About the role

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Senior AWS Consultant to guide clients through the adoption and implementation of Amazon Connect and related cloud solutions. You will work remotely with Colombian customers, translating business goals into technical designs that improve agent productivity and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers in adopting Amazon Connect, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to evaluate ROI and recommend migration to the AWS Connect platform.
• Educate clients on AWS value propositions and participate in deep architectural discussions.
• Facilitate business process reviews, capture requirements, and translate them into clear user stories.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations and priorities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to review and approve solution designs, ensuring best practices.
• Collect business requirements and work with engineers to generate estimates and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AWS‑based contact‑center solutions, preferably with Amazon Connect.
• Strong understanding of CCaaS concepts and cloud architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple client engagements.
