Full Stack Engineer – AI/ML Startup

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work closely with the founder and customers of an AI/ML startup. You will shape product vision and build the systems that power AI agents across the entire stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship production features end‑to‑end (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
• Develop scalable backend services in Python for complex, multi‑step workflows.
• Create intuitive interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Integrate large language models, AI tools, and agent frameworks into production.
• Participate in architectural decisions balancing short‑term delivery and long‑term scalability.
• Debug issues across the stack, from UI rendering to distributed system failures.
• Engage in product thinking, challenge assumptions, and propose improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Ability to define clear technical approaches for ambiguous problems.
• Experience owning production software and making architectural trade‑offs.
