Full Stack Engineer (Fintech, AI-Native)

About the role

Fronte is building a financial operating system for cross-border families, combining local payments, stablecoins, household finances, rewards and eventually credit into one shared platform. It is looking for an early-career full-stack engineer (about 2-3 years of experience) who has built and shipped fintech products in Latin America, based in Bogotá.

Required profile

• Real fintech experience, including work with third-party payment, banking, KYC or card APIs, and an understanding of the complexity of moving money reliably
• Consumer product experience, ideally across several Latin American markets, dealing with launches, integrations and local payment rails
• Experience building with crypto, stablecoins or blockchain
• AI-native mindset: tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and agents are already part of how you work
• Startup mentality: resourceful, ambitious, willing to wear multiple hats and comfortable with early-stage ownership

Required skills

• Solid backend experience
• Willingness to learn new technologies as the product needs them
