Full Stack Engineer – Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer (Full Stack) to turn ideas into production‑ready solutions that improve the daily workflow of patients and healthcare staff. You will own features from concept through deployment, working closely with product, design and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement database schemas, backend APIs and REST services, using Go or other typed languages.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with React for web and React Native for mobile.
• Gather business requirements, debug production issues across frontend and backend, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on user‑centric features.

Required profile

• Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and shaping solutions from loosely defined requirements.
• Strong product intuition and ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; not a lone wolf.
• Attention to detail and eye for design to translate mockups into polished UI.

Required skills

• React (web) and React Native (mobile).
• Typed backend language (e.g., Go) and REST API development.
• MongoDB or SQL databases.
• AWS or similar cloud platform and basic DevOps tasks.
• Logging, monitoring tools and experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude).

• Base salary of COP 12,000,000–18,000,000 per month (≈ $3,800–$5,600 USD).
