Game Operation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Game Operation Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. You will be responsible for growing and energizing our mobile gaming community, particularly among Brazilian players, and supporting the overall marketing strategy of our Gallery App.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and manage Discord and Facebook groups to attract new users and drive growth.
• Maintain and nurture online communities, creating buzz and keeping members active.
• Support the Gallery App marketing plan, including social media campaigns and joint promotions.
• Plan, execute, and align social media activities with corporate and brand guidelines.
• Engage daily with app users, especially VIP gamers, to foster strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of experience in the mobile games industry.
• Passion for mobile gaming and knowledge of the Brazilian game market.
• Creative, quick‑thinking with deep understanding of community engagement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet digital KPI targets.
• Experience managing relationships with media, consumers, and online forums.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to work with internal and external partners.
• Fluency in English.
