Gaming Regulatory Compliance Specialist

About the role

Evolution is seeking a Gaming Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure its gaming products and operations meet regulatory requirements across regulated markets. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, regulatory authorities, and external testing laboratories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate regulatory compliance and certification processes for gaming products in regulated markets.
• Analyze and interpret gaming regulations, technical standards, and jurisdiction‑specific requirements.
• Ensure products and processes meet regulatory and licensing requirements prior to market launches.
• Act as a point of contact with regulatory bodies, certification labs, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, compliance records, and certification status across jurisdictions.
• Monitor changes in gaming regulations and proactively assess their impact on products and operations.
• Support internal teams by providing guidance on regulatory and compliance‑related matters.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and compliance updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, technical compliance, or related roles, preferably within the gaming or iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of gaming regulations and regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
