About the role
FusionCX is seeking a Bilingual Labor Attorney to join its Human Resources team in Medellín. The role involves providing legal guidance on employment matters and supporting HR and business leaders in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on labor relations, disciplinary processes, terminations and labor claims.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation and internal policies.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Law with experience in Colombian Labor Law.
- Advanced English (B2+/C1) – written and spoken.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in BPO, shared services or multinational companies is a plus.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Colombian labor law.
- Proficiency in English (B2+/C1).
