Global Compensation Manager

About the role

Worldpanel by Numerator is seeking a Global Compensation Manager to lead the evolution, enablement, and execution of its worldwide compensation programs. Based in Bogotá, this hybrid position partners closely with Talent leadership and the CHRO to ensure compensation philosophy is competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global compensation philosophy, ensuring consistency across markets.
• Streamline compensation processes, policies, tools, and documentation to reduce complexity.
• Lead and develop the Compensation team, fostering analytical rigor and clear communication.
• Educate leaders and employees on compensation concepts and regulatory changes.
• Apply market data, modeling, internal equity, and financial considerations to design practical compensation solutions.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align decisions and communications.

Required profile

• Progressive compensation or total rewards experience with expertise in market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, and pay equity.
• Proven experience managing compensation across multiple countries, balancing local regulations with a global philosophy.
• Demonstrated people leadership, building accountability and strong execution within a team.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to simplify complex concepts for all audiences.
• Strong analytical and business judgment, with a track record of improving programs and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and compensation platforms.
• Experience using market data and compensation modeling tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for compensation analysis.
