Global Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Global Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to join its Global Creative & Digital Marketing Operations team. The position is fully remote, open to candidates living in Colombia, and involves ingesting digital assets according to global standards and the business S&OP.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor asset quality, file naming conventions and taxonomy compliance.
• Organize and maintain the digital asset library with accurate metadata.
• Maintain metadata standards and update them to improve searchability and asset discovery.
• Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing and digital rights, track expiration dates, renew rights and remove expired assets.
• Support global upload workflows, approvals and embargo enforcement.
• Work with cross-functional partners to streamline asset ingestion and support other company initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience with DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder or Widen Collective, and understanding of content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for minor asset adjustments.
• Ability to use analytics tools to generate insights on asset usage and user activity.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with stakeholders across global teams.
• Familiarity with copyright laws, licensing and digital rights management best practices.
