Global Management Trainee Program – Colombia

About the role

The Hunter Douglas Global Management Trainee Program is a 10‑month leadership development experience designed to immerse recent graduates in all aspects of the business, from sales to product development.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three weeks of onboarding, including local and global induction.
• Rotate for five months through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service, participating in daily operations and project work.
• Attend a week of Leadership and Methodology training.
• Execute a four‑month individual project delivering measurable results.
• Present a capstone project to senior leadership and receive feedback.

Required profile

• Expected graduation date of December 2025.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, or volunteer work.
• Willingness to be fully mobile and work onsite at various locations, including field, plant, and office environments.
• Hard‑working, accountable, problem‑solver with a strong desire to learn.
• Intellectually curious and comfortable challenging the status quo.
